The silly season has finally arrrived... that time of the year where we often kick back with a few drinks with family and friends.
But the last thing you want to do is ruin this time of year for anyone. If you drink and drive that could so easily happen. Even if you're just a little bit over the limit, your concentration lapses and your ability to drive is decreased.
How would you feel if you took someone's life at this time of year? More to the point, how would their family feel? Most of us drive past hundreds of people on the road everyday. We don't stop to think about who they might be, but everyone is part of a family. If you were to have a car crash, you wouldn't only affect them, you'd affect their mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter, friends, partners. Bottom line: you'd ruin a lot of people's holiday season, as well as your own.
So from everyone at RADD, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and be cautious on the roads. If you're drinking, don't drive.
